OUR HEARTS YEARN FOR A BETTER PLACE

The world seeks a glory. A glory to clothe herself with absolute peace and happiness. Her woes is greater than the pleasures she offers and that makes us hope for a better place. It is the dream of our hearts. The heartbeat of our being that this sheer dream of having a better place that keeps playing on the screens our mind will one day become a reality. It is not a delusion to believe that heaven is real.

GOD'S GLORY

Where are you? The question God asked in his search for the first man in Eden as if he doesn't know his where about. He is omnipresent, omnipotent, all knowing God. But the only thing that is tangible to his sight is the glory he endowed upon us and when Adam lost that glory, he lost the essence of his existence. It is in this light that he will say to some "depart from me, you son of disobedience, I knew you not" for you have lost the glory.

HAVE A RIGHT HEART FOR DOING GOOD

God the father handed over Jesus to Pilate, Jesus handed over himself and the traitor, Judas handed over Jesus. They all had one will- to hand over Jesus- an act that led to his crucifixion (something Christians termed it as good). They all did the same thing, yet Judas will was evil and God's good, because it is for different reasons that they wish it to be done. God the father handed over Jesus in order to reconcile the world to himself. Judas handed over Jesus to enrich his pocket. Like Judas, our actions may lead to something good but if we do it with the wrong intention then it becomes evil.

THE CROSS SAVES

Life is like a voyage. You can't stand fearlessly against the storms and the boisterous winds without an anchor. Here is the catch; an anchor is usually shaped like a CROSS. Oh yes it has the shape of a CROSS.

CREATION IS GOOD

You hating one or two elements of creation does not make creation imperfect. He who created everything said "it is good". You may hate darkness but remember it is this same darkness that makes life meaningful to the bat. Creation is not about you alone. So embrace nature and free yourself from your selfish wishes. God knows best.

THERE IS HOPE, KEEP FIGHTING

One day our tears will get drown in the sea and our fairy tale wishes will be a message of hope to humanity.
One day our struggles will bear the marks of a hero and our names will be scribbled on the hearts and lips of creation.
One day we will be friends with the stars and the moon and our story will be a history to remember.
Until then, we will fight with every atom of our being, till one day our dreams become a reality.

Faith In God

You cannot possess a faith higher than one's object of worship. No matter how great your faith is, it cannot supersede the omnipotence of God, neither can it override the sovereignty will of God for your life. All you need is the mustard seed kind of faith. Like a seed, it takes time until it matures to be a tree. So then, after your supplication of faith to God, don't force things, take the patience to wait humbly for His time and when you received it in His time, you will know it feels right.

The Keyholder

A key is very small but it plays a very important role in our daily lives. The use of a key, makes it easy for us to keep things safe with a lock. Many things that are of value uses a key. Example, cars, heavy machines, tractors etc.  And because of the important role that keys play in our lives, we always do our best to get a holder for the key to prevent it from missing. There are so many dreams you desire to achieve and actualize. They are your keys to your future success but the best way to keep safe until it becomes a reality is having a holder (Jesus) for your keys.
 “For I know the plans I have for you” declares the lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.- Jer 29:11

SHOWING JESUS

     The life of Christ Jesus in Christians is manifested by how we handle our daily situations and the kind of treatment we exhibit towards people. It’s not in the hours we pray in tongues or the hours we operate in our gifting. It’s about how after praying for several hours the impact you make on other people after having a personal fellowship with God.  When someone wrongs you, you have the right to scold and berate that person, when someone insults you, you have the right to retaliate. When you are confronted with situations that are above you, you have the choice to let it break you or mould you into the instrument or vessel God wants you to be. Freedom in Christ is not found in your possession but it is the constant effort we make in always doing the right thing. The question now is will you act on your human right to gain the little pleasure of the flesh or will you exhibit the God kind of life towards your problems and peers?

The Reality Of Dreams- Life After Life

I woke up from life, the world were impossibilities are unknown and unheard. I found myself in a place, trapped and captured in an earthen vessel. Clairvoyance and clairaudience have departed from me, making me ignorant in my present situation. Am unable to suspend, unable to fly, unable to befriend the sun, moon and stars. Gravity dictates my movements and subjects me to his will, preventing me from reaching the sky. If things done by me in my dreams- the world of possibilities cannot be done in the world of limitations, then the world of limitation is a subset of my actual life, my whole life- the world of possibilities. The world of limitations then, is a suburb of my actual life, my whole life through which i make an exit to the world of possibilities by a transit called death.

THE MATURITY FACTOR;

Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual, but as worldly-mere infants in Christ. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow-1cor3:16 Apostle Paul called the people in the Corinth church infants in Christ and worldly not because they were deficient in the operation of the spiritual gifts, not because they weren’t able to pray in tongues or decode the word of God to capture a revelation. He called them infants in Christ and worldly simple because, they failed to acknowledge God, who used the leaders (Paul and Apollos) to advance the church. They lost the focus on God and gave praise and attention to the leaders, leading to division and jealousy in the church members. I have heard so many Christians talked and argue about the man of God who is more powerful than his fellow brethren, about the leader who has a deeper revelation than another who preaches without enlightenment to the extent that they tend to attend programmes, conferences and services because the man of God hosting the programme is powerful, forgetting God, who is the focus of the service. “What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through who you came to believe-as the lord has assign to each his task (1cor 3:5). Is your focus on God, Paul or Apollos? Check your maturity status.

Christ, the chief Master

the world view position or leadership as form of lording one's right over the other, but Jesus Christ came to show as the responsibilities of a master/leader. one quality hallmark of a master/leader is to serve and not to use one position for his/her personal gain. that means for one to become a good master, the person must have the heart of unselfishness which is very difficult to attain by the human nature due to greed and lust of the flesh. so for one to be a leader/master, the heart of the person should be free from hatred, anger and greed which is the foundation for selfishness in the human nature. And this nature can be freed from mankind by surrendering one life to Christ Jesus which lead to the transformation of the heart to the state of serving one another in love and not for personal gains. thus a good leader is only made possible by fearing God and honoring the opportunity He has given you to bless one another in the position you occupy. with Christ Jesus outside the scope of leadership, everything will be done for one selfish ambition.
